My approach as a DC-based therapist draws primarily on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), two of the most well-supported, evidence-based treatments for anxiety. If you’ve been feeling anxious, burned out, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself, therapy can be a safe space to sort things out. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit—many clients come to therapy because they want to feel more grounded, make clearer decisions, and live with more purpose.

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide you with a monthly superbill that includes the necessary information and CPT codes (90834 for in-person sessions or 90834-95 for telehealth) to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Many of my clients find that their insurance reimburses anywhere from 60–90% of session costs once their deductible is met.
If you’d like to check your benefits before starting therapy, here are a few helpful questions to ask your insurance company:
Do I have out-of-network mental health coverage?
What percentage of the cost is covered for CPT codes 90834 (in-person) or 90834-95 (telehealth)?
How do I submit claims for reimbursement?
